Ingredients for making sugar-free Brigadeiro:
160 grams of skimmed milk powder
130 milliliters of hot water
1½ tablespoons of diet margarine
1½ tablespoons of sweetener
3 tablespoons of diet chocolate powder or cocoa powder
½ cup skim milk
chocolate sprinkles
How to make Sugar-free Brigadeiro:
Put in a blender 100 grams of powdered milk, hot water, half a tablespoon of margarine and 1 tablespoon of sweetener. Beat well, place in a container and set aside in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes - this will be homemade diet condensed milk!
After the indicated time, return with the previous mixture to the blender and add all the other ingredients: the remaining powdered milk, the remaining margarine and sweetener, the powdered chocolate and the skimmed milk. Beat very well.
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and place over medium heat. Keep stirring until it comes off the bottom, in a roll-up brigadeiro point. Allow to cool and wrap the brigadeiros with your hands.
